George Cachares, PT.,MS.
George has been working in physical therapy since graduating from Northwestern University in 1981. He has earned a post-graduate degree in Rehabilitation Management from DePaul University. He has co-owned the practice since 1990 and continues to be active in clinical service. George supports the efforts of independent practice focusing on sucessful outcomes, satisfied clients and inspired employees. He enjoys working with the challenge of orthopedic diagnoses including joint replacement, spinal conditions and chronic pain. George remains committed to supporting the success of community- based physical therapy and small business ownership.
Tom Kolacki,PT.
Tom is currently co-owner of the practice and has been a physical therapist since graduating from the University of Illinois in 1988. He is very active in clincal treatment, primarily in home health care. He enjoys working with individuals who are recovering from post-surgical joint replacement and those who seek help to become independent in and out of their home after a debilitating illness. He stays active in keeping current with all legislative and pertinent trends in private practice physical therapy.
Meg Clark, PT., OCS., CLT.
Meg graduated from Morton College with a PTA degree in 1987. She returned to school earning her bachelor of science degree in physical therapy at the University of Illinois in 1991. She continued her quest for knowledge with a Masters degree in Health Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. Meg also received her certificate in Complete Decongestive Therapy, specializing in treatment of lymphedema, from the Klose Training in 2008. She is currentyl pursuing a Doctorate in PT at the University of Indianapolis, anticipating graduation in 2012. Meg continues to enjoy helping patients feel better by improving their physical health and daily function.
Katie Vail, DPT.
Katie graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from Midwestern University in 2005. She has a continued interest in treating extremity dysfunction with a special training in Graston, soft tissue mobilization techniques. She is extremely talented in helping clients recover from debilitating loss of mobility getting them to their full potential. She continues to be an effective clinical educator for physcial therapy clinical interns. As Oak Lawn clinic manager, Katie is committed to helping the practice continue with clincal and business success.
